Prometric testing requires that you identify the patient verbally, by name. This process is generally the safest way to identify the patient, unless they have a cognitive impairment. ID bands are often wrong, missing or smudged and should only be used as a secondary identification method, per current recommendations.
Knowing what to expect on the test can help prevent anxiety and improve performance!
