Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our test preparation materials, terms of purchase are considered fulfilled once access is granted. There are no refunds for access to books, videos, online education, courses or materials. Once the purchase has been completed, the purchaser has received access to the material, fulfilling all terms of the purchase agreement.
Refund Policy for Defective products only
In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact 4YourCNA (4YourCNA@gmail.com) within 3 calendar days of receiving the defective product and provide a description of the damage or other defect that renders the test prep material useless or unavailable. Additional proof may be required. Refunds or replacements may be offered at the sole discretion of 4YourCNA and are non-negotiable.
If a replacement or refund of a physical product (book, DVD, practice kit) is to be offered, the item will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by 4YourCNA that must be included in the returned item packaging. All items must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Partial refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the owners or officers of 4YourCNA and all decisions are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund/replacement is authorized, your return will be inspected. Once received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dependent on the policies of the payment processor and your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product (if you have received a Return Authorization # issued by 4YourCNA), you should mail your product to: 2911 Commercial Way Spring Hill Florida United States 34606. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
