PLEASE NOTE:  When signing into the Inservice site for the first time, please pay special attention to the registration process.  The way you type your name during registration is how it will appear on your future certificates! When it asks for your First Name, type your name with the first initial capitalized (i.e., Jane).  Your surname is your Last Name, type your last name with the first initial capitalized (i.e., Doe). Once your certificate is issued, we cannot change the name on that certificate.
